Savita K. Sugathan won grand prize of the Continental’s ‘Go with Gold’ contest.

July 13th, 2015, Continental Tyre PJ Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Selangor - Savita K. Sugathan, 34, won the grand prize of the Continental’s ‘Go with Gold’ contest, taking home a 100 gram gold bar worth RM14,000.

 

“I’m still having a hard time believing that I won, the winning entry was purchased Continental tyres from Berjaya Tyre (Ipoh) Sdn Bhd, it was my husband, Narendran Krisnan who recommended me to get my car tyres changed from Berjaya Tyre. I would like to express my sincere thanks to Continental for organizing this contest, and selected me as the grand prize winner.” said Savita, from Ipoh, Perak, upon receiving the grand prize at the prize presentation.

 

The contest was held by Continental Tyre PJ Malaysia Sdn Bhd from 1 Jan to 31 March 2015, consumers were required to purchase any of 2x Continental tyres, 4x Dunlop tyres, or 4x Viking tyres in a single receipt to be eligible to win in the ‘Go with Gold’ contest.

 

“I am happy with the performance the Continental tyres give me, it is reliable, comfortable and safe to perform.” said Savita, adding that she didn’t think that she would be the grand prize winner until she received a notification call.

 

66 lucky customers won prizes total valued at approximately RM88,000 from the Continental’s ‘Go with Gold’ contest. Among them were Mohammad Azhar Bin Anis Ahmad and Tan Mei San who walked away with the first place prize of 50 gram gold bar worth RM7,000 respectively. Second place prize of 20 gram gold bar worth RM2,800 was given away to 3 lucky winners and third place prize of 10 gram gold bar worth RM1,400 was given away to 10 lucky winners. Other prizes offered consists of consolation prize x 20, and monthly prize x 10 from January to March 2015. The contest received approximately 10,000 entries.
